I wanted to do something with wire mesh, so I decided to make a waste paper basket.

Templates, materials, tools. I made a card base and traced the form of the curved wire onto the back of some foil tape.

After careful assembly, I had a bin that just needed some finishing touches, like a bag, and something to go inside.
